Wayne adds 25 plus years of Industry business experience and knowledge to CSA. He has a Marketing and International Business Diploma  along with a Certificate in Management  from St. Mary’s University.

He has successfully completed his LC (Lighting Certified) certification from NCQLP and is a member of the IES. He is also a CLF(Certified Lighting Facilitator) from Philips and has completed various technical programs from our suite of premier Lighting, Lighting Controls and Electrical Manufacturers.

He has answered every career opportunity  with commitment and a full steam ahead approach that began with a prominent independent Electrical Distributor, following an upward career move as a Regional Manager with a National Lighting Manufacturer, was co-founding partner of DTS Marketing Rep Agency in 2004, which successfully positioned itself as a leader in the Specification Market. DTS Marketing then merged with CSA Enterprises in 2013 in which Wayne enthusiastically committed to the expanded entity CSA has become.
